Take on the Big Ballsy Run This November

Training for the Colchester Half Marathon? Looking for something to keep you motivated through November?

Why not set yourself a Big Ballsy goal?

Green background, white text reads Big Ballsy Run 10K, 50K OR 100K challenge, 01 - 30 Nov 2026. Medal shows balls with text 'I earned my balls' on it to the left of the text.

The Big Ballsy Run is back this November with support from Kendal Mint Co. We're giving you the chance to run 10K, 50K or 100K throughout the month, wherever and whenever you want, all while raising vital funds and awareness for The Robin Cancer Trust.

Whether you're building your mileage, keeping your fitness ticking over or simply fancy earning one of the most unique medals around, this is one challenge you'll definitely remember!

How does it work?

Choose your distance: 10K | 50K | 100K

Then you've got the whole of November to complete it.

Run on the road, hit the trails, jump on the treadmill or mix it up. You decide where, when and how you get your miles in.

Every kilometre counts towards your monthly total.

And once you've smashed your chosen distance, you'll earn your Big Ballsy Run medal to celebrate your achievement.

Entry is just £20, with the option to fundraise for The Robin Cancer Trust if you'd like to take your challenge one step further.

Why take on the virtual Big Ballsy Run?

If you're training for the Colchester Half Marathon, November is a great time to build some consistency into your running and give yourself something to aim for. But this challenge is about more than just the miles.

The Big Ballsy Run supports The Robin Cancer Trust, the UK's only charity dedicated to testicular, ovarian and germ cell cancers.

The charity works across the UK to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of cancer, educate young people and provide support to people and families affected by cancer.

By taking part, you're helping to fund the charity’s vital work.

Your miles could help start a conversation, reach a young person with life-saving information or support someone through a cancer diagnosis.
