All the events, groups and online support local runners in Colchester can want. It is a community, please pitch in, find friends to run with, ask for help and have fun with it all!

Running Colchester was set up as a Facebook group in May 2016, by runners, for runners in the local area. A place to talk all things running and to find new people to run with, it was created to meet the needs of the local community. We are now affiliated to England Athletics as a fully fledged running club with qualified coaches and run leaders.
​
However our ethos is still to be a community, supporting ‘first time out the door’ runners to the local ‘Elite’ community. Everyone has something to offer and we welcome you no matter your ability.
All our weekly runs are free of charge, using fully qualified run Leaders, we have runs every day of the week, and for every ability.
